Fellow Fatbois, We’re Rollin’ Out…

If you know anything about us here at Fatbois, you know we love ourselves some Guy Fietti. So when an opportunity arose to visit a “joint” that made it onto an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives, we couldn’t pass it up. Vagabond Kitchen and Tap House is located in Atlantic City right off of the expressway that leads to the strip of casinos. With an outdoor seating area overlooking the bay, it’s the perfect spot for romance and hand holding if you’re into that kind of thing, or for slinging back drinks with your pals.img_9853-1 With their generous selection of beer and buckets of margaritas, you can choose your own adventure. img_9852img_9859To kick off our feast, we started out with Crabby Mac and Cheese, loaded with sharp American and garlic Parmesan cheeses, as well as crab meat, cremini and shiitake mushrooms. img_9973Our next pick for the night was a heaping pile of “Animal Fries”. The picture speaks for itself, they are BOMB. img_9855To get your seafood fix, we recommend the Maryland style crab cake sliders as well as the Surf and Turf sliders. img_9968The crab cake sliders come with lettuce, tomato, and roasted red pepper aioli while the Surf and Turf sliders are Angus beef patties topped with cheddar cheese, tequila shrimp bangers, lettuce, and tomato.img_9854-1 For our carnivorous friends, the steak panini is a true contender.IMG_9860.JPGGuy Fieri won’t steer you wrong when selecting a hidden gem (and neither will we!) For the drinks, the noms, and the atmosphere, we give Vagabond AC a Guy FiettiIMG_0603
